  • Digital Products & Courses: All sales of digital products, courses, and other digital content are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
  • Coaching Services: For online coaching and consulting services, no refunds will be issued once the session has been booked or delivered.
• Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscription-based services may be subject to recurring billing. You agree to pay any recurring fees associated with your subscription. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account until your account is brought current.

6. Coaching and Consulting Services

a. Booking and Payment Terms

• Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure any 1:1 coaching or consulting session. The amount of the deposit will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance for coaching sessions must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session. If the balance is not paid by the specified deadline, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the session.

b. Cancellation Policy for 1:1 Sessions

• Cancellation by User: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee, as specified at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling: Users who cancel with sufficient notice may be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No Call/No Show Policy: If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without providing notice ("no call/no show"), the deposit will be forfeited, and the session may be canceled. Repeated no shows may result in termination of coaching privileges at our discretion.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Non-Payment: In cases of non-payment for any Services or outstanding balances related to coaching sessions, we reserve the right to suspend or disable your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.
• Breach of Terms: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach any part of these Terms, including unauthorized use of our intellectual property or repeated violations of our cancellation and no call/no show policies.
• No Liability: We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by account suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
